Product Overview
Dwarf Horsetail (Equisetum scirpoides)
A dwarf variety of horsetail, this small pond plant is quite attractive when planted in a bog area or near the edge of the pond. Dwarf Horsetail is a nice foreground plant that is evergreen in most areas. Vertical green stems are accented with horizontal black bands. Dwarf Horsetail does best in moist soil; it will tolerate seasonal flooding, but will not grow well permanently submerged with water above the crown of the plant.
