Egyptian Papyrus (Cyperus papyrus)
Egyptian Papyrus grows 5' to 12' tall and needs a large planting container. The stiff triangular stems present attractive 10" heads of needle-like foliage. Also, known as the "Egyptian paper plant". A stunning addition to any garden pond.
Hardiness Zone: 9-11
Planting Container: We recommend a 2 gallon solid planting container or a medium planting bag.
Light Requirements: full sun to part shade
Height: 5' to 12' - Spread: 4' to 5' Wide
Water Depth: Moist soil or water up to 6" deep (Maximum water depth is for mature bog plants)
