Graceful Cattail (Typha laxmanni)
This cattail grows about 4' high, with slender green foliage that arches gracefully. The catkins are narrower than the common cattail and are attractive in flower arrangements. Smaller than the Common Cattail, Graceful Cattails are suitable for any size pond. May not get catkins in warmer climates such as zones 9-10.

Planting Container: We recommend a 2 gallon solid planting container or a medium planting bag.
Light Requirements: full sun to part shade
Height: 4'-6' - Spread: Running Rhizomes
Water Depth: Moist soil or water up to 12" deep (Maximum water depth is for mature bog plants) If cutting back for winter, do not cut foliage to below maximum water level
