Nelumbo 'Titan' - Red Hardy Water Lotus
Titan is a single red, a perfect balance between a bright red and a dark red. With an open, eye-catching shape and color, it is sure to please. Also a great bloomer, it is in great demand as one of the new, greatly improved red cultivars. The leaves even show more than a hint of red!
SIZE: LARGE (Height 4' to 6', Medium to Large Spread)
Planting Container: We recommend a 4 1/2 Gallon Solid Planting Container or a 5 Gallon Solid Planting Container.
Light Requirements: FULL SUN
WATER DEPTH: 3" TO 24"' (Maximum water depth is for mature lotus)
USDA HARDINESS ZONES: 4-11
Lotus are sold as bare root tubers, or sometimes later in the Spring as runners with small leaves. The growing points are fragile, and must be handled very carefully.
